Trackers open NAMHL season at home this weekend

JOHN, B.C. – The Northeast BC/Yukon Trackers will be playing their first games of the Northern Alberta Midget Hockey League season on home ice this weekend.The Trackers will be hosting the Leduc Roughnecks in their home opener tomorrow afternoon, before taking to the ice once again on Sunday morning to face the Strathcona ACT Warriors.Head coach David Johnston says that the team learned a number of valuable lessons last weekend when they went 2-and-2 at the Kamloops International Thanksgiving Midget Tier 1 tournament.
